My Dyson Works Great When Upright But Doesn T Suck Well On The Floor Dyson Ball Multi Floor Upright

WHen It’s upright the hose works fine, but when running (normal use) it seems to not have good vacuum. Is there a seal that’s possibly broken? Where are the most common failures?
