Everything working on phone except for retrieving or sending email, wi-fi signal strong. Haven’t been able to load my email since 4/11/17; at that time it was working fine. Have turned off my phone numerous times and have removed the battery.
Check to make sure your email is set to refresh often. Check both Email and Gmail apps.
Download “Blue Mail”. Configure it as your main email app. It works better than the one built in to Android.
