I dropped my iPad Mini (it had a case) and the screen is shattered. When I power my iPad on, it powers on fine and I see the lock screen. Problem is I can’t swipe the screen or enter my passcode as the screen can’t sense it. What should I do???
Hi @brokendevice If your display doesn’t respond, you might need to force restart your device… On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. Hope this helps.
