My Fan Is Making A Noise All The Time Macbook Air 13 Early 2017

Hi folks, My Macbook air fan is continuously making a noise. I can clearly differentiate this from the loud roar when the processer is doing some heavy load. This is not that but a very minor noise. The issue started after a drop of the device from a chair height. I assume that the drop hit the fan area at the back fo the MacBook air. Sounds like the fan motor is not spinning smoothly. Could anyone please tell me what would be the possible issue here?
