I recently bought a new Kindle Fire, but for some reason it stopped charging. Nothing appears to be broken and the charging indicator says it’s charging. It usually either charges really slowly (2% per hour) or loses battery power (last night it had 30%, but when I checked it this morning it had 4%). I can’t afford a repair or a new device. What should I do?
if you bought it recently it should still be under warranty
