When I connect my galaxy note to pc nothing appear on the phone even charging it just vibrate it is completely blank and when I charge it the logo of the battery is gone after 1 second Does anyone know how to open my phone in pc even the phone is off?
lol you cannot access your phone from your PC when it is off. Start somewhere with the troubleshooting and the best place in your case is with a new battery.
