Chosen Solution
Hello, I have an S6 , I think its at least like 3 or 4 years old. The problem I’m dealing with is that a couple months ago the battery started to last like 3 hours, sometimes even less than that. I kept using the phone normally, but last week the phone reached 0% while I was at work… so then when I got home, I plugged the phone into the charged and I got nothing… So I though it was the battery since it was lasting a really short period of time. So I went and bought the battery from “ifixit” website and went through all the repairing process, but when I finished I plugged the phone into the charger and got nothing again… So I’m out of options now and I was wondering if one of you guys had some advice on what should I do… the only thing that I’ve noticed is that if I plugged the phone into a computer it actually sound like if I plugged something into the usb port but then it disconnects immediately after and If I press the power button it happens again each time I press it..
Do any of you guys has some advice please? I’m desperate here… :(
Try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it.
