the headlamps on my 2000 4-runner, due not come on. high beams an p/lamps all work fuses are good
rdmattia , check/test both bulbs(totally possible for them both to be blown out), check wires/sockets/plugs for corrosion/damage/loose,dimmer relay, faulty switch(test), More info. at the link below.
