My Hdmi For My Ps4 Keeps Switching Repeat From No Signal To No Support Playstation 4

So every time I turn on my PS4, the HDMI input keeps switching from no signal to no support over and over while the PS4 runs. It repeated this over and over, even in safe mode till I turned it off. Is there any fix for this? (I have an older Vizio television)

Might need to try another HDMI cable and tv. Otherwise it could be bad HDMI port or HDMI encoder chip.
