I have an element TV I got and it says the hdmi input is blocked and it says the keys on the back of the TV are locked I need to factory reset my TV.

@amiiler1210 we need to know the exact model number for your TV. Also try any other inputs besides the HDMI. Explain the says the keys on the back of the TV are locked message a bit more. Not sure what keys it may refer to. Overall this sounds like a main board issue.
