When I insert my earphone in Jack it does not appear to insert and no music is heared
I cannot say for sure without being able to see it but sounds as if there’s something either stuck in the jack or the female part has fallen apart inside or gotten bent!
Take a cotton bud and put some isopropyl alcohol on it. Then insert it whist rotating it into the port. Due it a couple of times to clean it out.
