It is like 5% left on my battery and i charge it with a (samsung galaxy y) charger and after an hour its dead. :( what’s the problem of my phone maybe its the battery :(( Please kindly help me thank you .
is it possible you don’t charge it enough? Because it may show 100% battery but in fact be 15%? Because its a common system error in android. Of course it also could be that the batter need to be replaced, how long have you had your phone for? Has the battery looks the same size to you because sometimes it expands for some reason and just doesn’t charge
