have tried diconnecting my wi-fi and reconnecting again , but to no avail
1.go to setting 2.click apps. 3.click Manage apps. 4.click the all apps icon that line on the right bottom. 5.click Internet icon and click turn on /turn off . 6. click clear data. This method I try with my Nokia and it work.
Hey! Try to restore factor settings if you know how :) if it will not helps, its mean, hardware fail :)

Dear Sir; I installed the Application such as Whatsapp and Telegram on my Nokia x , and they have been successfully installed on my device , then when I try to open these applications , I receive this message " Telegram has stopped " or " Whatsapp has stopped Please help me , it is mostly appreciated
its not working even after switching on and off my wifi and even after restarting the phone still not working
my nokia it can not be on again when i turn it on it shows me only nokia and it turn off again
