my ipad 2 is trying to find and download IOS 9.3.5 I can sign in for a couple of minutes and then it turns itself off - the screen goes black, the apple comes up and here we go again. It will only stay on for a couple of mintues

Plug it into a computer and use iTunes to update or restore it.
