So my phone screen was shattered and the housing broke. I replace both of them. For some reason it won’t turn on at all. I’ve tried putting it in DFU and I’ve plugged it into my computer and tried charging it. It makes no noise and it doesn’t vibrate. Iv checked multiple times to make sure everything is connected right. I see no physical damage to the motherboard. The housing came with all parts installed and I’ve even tried using my old one. It’s like my phone is just an empty she’ll I get no response from it no matter what I do. I need help.

It sounds the PMC (Power Management Chip) gots a cold solder which is causing nothing to work on your phone. When an iPhone gets dropped and depending on how severe the fall/damage was the chip can get a cold solder which means the solder between the chip and board has disconnected and no matter what you do replace battery new screen nothing turns on. But you said that the you replaced the case which came with everything did it also come with the logic board?
