Why my iPhone 6 cannot turn on? Stuck on logo and on off automatic.. help me please! ty
Step 1: Reset iPhone. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. In addition, try doing this while connected to USB Wall Power Outlet, not a computer. If your battery is in trouble, this will isolate the issue. If that doesn’t work, let us know, and we’ll move into the big stuff.
Was there a repair done on the device? Sounds like you may have a (Gas gauge) issue with the battery. If the phone cannot receive gas gauge info it will boot loop(iPhone 5 and up need battery connected to boot)!
