My iPhone keeps turning off by itself. It also keeps showing that the battery is not charged but turns on and it is charged but still turns off.
Hello, Well everyone is experiencing this and it’s also all over the news. This is Apples new software update that helps those who might not have a new battery and is weak to still get performance. You can read about this online and to fix this problem you will need to get a new battery. Apple are offering a service where you can walk into an apple store and they will replace your battery and you will get the same performance of your phone as day 1 when you bought it. It just happened to me too. I keeps rebooting by it self. I found a temporary solution to back it up since I haven’t backed it up in a long time. The sad news that it doesn’t back for some reason it gives incorrect error “cannot back of because there isn’t enough space in this computer” which is impossible.( this is another problem tho) The temporary solution is;1. I hold the power and home button for 10 secs this will shut the iPhone off 2. Then I connected it to iTunes and it turned back on and function 100% but won’t back up.3. my iphone only turns on perfectly if I connect it to the charger other wise it’ll keep rebooting again if I try to turn it on by pressing the power button. Now help me fix my backup problem please lol I tried backing up by iCloud through the iPhone but give me the same massage as it did on iTunes.
I just got a new battery about 2-3 weeks ago and mine won’t stay on unless I have it connected to the charger. I have backed it up and reset it back to original settings but nothing is working.
