My iPhone 7 got wet. I wiped it with a towel. The first thing I noticed that the Wi-fi and Bluetooth cannot turn on. The camera lens had condensation from the inside. I started using it as normal but it rebooted randomly. It finally got into a boot loop than I looked up fixes online. It worked but after that the home button the home button did not click anymore. I also noticed water seeping into the screen slowly.

Kiet TT let me guess. You never cleaned it after the water damage. Now, the best thing I can suggest to you, is that you disassemble your phone using these guides. Then, clean your phone and follow this guide. Make sure that you clean it extremely well, since it is possible that you are already having corrosion issues. Once you clean the phone (double. no triple check that you cleaned it well) replace the battery. After you cleaned it and replaced the battery, re–evaluate and see what damage, if any, you have.
