My iPhone 5s showed the apple logo then went black with the back light lit. after about 30 seconds it shut down. I tried to put it in DFU mode but won’t work. I need solution for this problem please!
When it transitions quickly to a black screen lit up it indicates usually the flash memory on the phone going bad. Try updating the phone via iTunes and see how it goes. If it errors around -26 or -27 it’s corrupt firmware and the phone will need to be wiped (restored) it usually is fixed after that error code.
