I was using my iPhone and it dropped I pick it back up and it looks fine I plug in my charger and instead of the battery going up it goes down I’m not sure on what happened please help me
See if it’s the charger, not the device. If this occurs, take it to Apple and see what’s wrong. If you know how to, replace the battery. Maybe something happened to it when it was dropped. You can open the screen and have a look at it, but you may need new adhesive for around the screen. Hope I can help?
When you connect it does it show that it is charging?
