This iPhone needed a battery and a screen replacement. After replacing both, the screen has yellow and blue discoloration. It only happens when the phone screen is popped back into place. I assume there is some sort of pressure from underneath the screen but I can not find it anywhere. Is there anything I can move around to fix this? Before popping it back in

The battery cable should run on the side of the battery, not on top. For the edsge of the screen, try loosening the screws of the back plate.
