Chosen Solution
I was mistakenly looking at the jbl2 information and followed those instructions for resetting which never got a red light and I pushed other options like depressing the on/off and the increase volume with no results then the triangle and infinity symbols and now there is a constant buzzing that i can’t turn off Help!!
For the Hard reset turn your device on , hold the volume and play button at the same time until the speaker turns off. Once off turn the speaker back on, The Bluetooth button should start flashing and now it is ready to connect.
