My Keyboards Missing And I Can T Get In My Phone Because Of It Zte Speed

I turned my phone on and the key board is missing, the only thing that i can see is a microphone shape in the middle and a settings sign on the other side but when i click it nothing happens. i got a new phone but i need to get my pictures and contacts off and i can’t get in to do that. someone please help!
