changed power supply and cord and still nuthind
Hello Richard Have you tried resetting your Kindle Fire by hold down the power button for at least 20 seconds, then let go for 5 seconds and then this time just press the power button again?
The Kindle Help desk advises holding the off button for 40 seconds. Didn’t help me but might work for you.
