Thank you for the question, I would recommend checking the battery. Try charging it in the normal way the use a voltmeter (if you have one) to see if the two leads still have a voltage between them. If not, try replacing the battery to see if that fixes the problem. Like jayeff suggested, try sending us the make/model and tell us what you have already checked or attempted to solve the problem!
