Chosen Solution
I use my laptop everyday for DJing purpose. I use Traktor software as a digital DJing software. While working my laptop suddenly freezes and sometimes lags and sometimes shutsdown automatically. so can anybody give me a solution for this problem
Hi It may be overheating. Have you checked that the fan vents are clear and not blocked with dust etc? You may have to open the laptop and check the fans for dust etc. Here’s a video that shows the dis-assembly of the laptop which may help. If the laptop is still under warranty don’t open it as you will void the warranty Also check the temperatures in BIOS to see what they are when the laptop has been operating for a while
