Hey, my laptop “HP 650 NOTEBOOK” won’t turn on, everything was working fine, until it turned off, i tried to charge it and it worked, then it turned off completely without any sign, I’ve tried to unplug everything and nothing works, when the ac adapter and the battery are connected the charger port blinks 3 times. I assume the battery is drained, and if so what am I supposed to do?
Laptops will run with the charger plugged in and no battery - assuming the original charger. If it does not, then there is an internal problem. I have not seen a battery that will cause the LT to not turn on with the charger plugged in but anything is possible.
