My Laptop Has A Broken Screen And I Reset It Now I Can T Set It Up Hp Laptop

My HP laptop has a broken screen, the other day I was trying to reset it because I needed to clear everything off the laptop and it ended up getting stuck in a boot loop. I can get out of the boot loop by pressing f11 to get to the reset screen. But I can’t go further because I can’t see the screen. I cannot connect a VGA cable because there isn’t a plug. Is there a way to connect to an external screen using hdmi? My model is an HP Stream 14-ax010ca I can get onto the reset screen but the reset fails everytime.

andretran41 just checked the specs of your computer and it has an HDMI out. Yes, you can connect an external HDMI capable monitor/TV etc.
