I need help. My laptop sometimes acts weird like, I can’t click anything but my mouse still working and able to move on screen. It usually happens when I’m switching tabs between software. my laptop sometimes also suddenly mouseclicking and scrollclick on itself. I’ve updated windows/GPU and drives but still happening. need help
Hi, Disable the touchpad (Fn+F10) and use a USB mouse connected to the laptop to navigate and check if the problem is still there or not. If it doesn’t happen, it may be that the touchpad is intermittently faulty and producing “ghost touches”. Has the keyboard/touchpad gotten wet at all?
