Hi I have a problem with my laptop . It’s not charging and it’s not powering on.
Hi @swiny, First of all, I would start by checking cables, charger, supply, etc. If you have a USB meter (this is one example that does both USB-A and USB-C) you can measure what sort of current is being drawn when connected. Since those MacBooks use USB-C it’s very easy to use one of those meters. What have you tried so far, that didn’t work?
