Ok so I left for this morning and left my laptop on hoping it would go to sleep it did now it’s not turning on what do I do this laptop is just problem upon problem p.s it was connected to monitor and was left on charge
try a multimeter and see if there is voltage coming from the charger and the battery port. If there is no voltage from either you battery needs replacing or your charger needs replacing
