whenever i tried to use my hp 15 p 202tx laptop my laptop start and windows on but after some time it shows blue screen with smiley face with error Say “WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR” i have changed Ram,HDD and done Recovery but it didn’t work please help
Go to your BIOS and change to factory settings. If you can get the Laptop to work my advice is to get the latest video card drivers if possible. (Some laptops video cards will not update.) Also if you still have windows updates you should get them all until there are no more available. Also if you cannot get the laptop up the check you HDD to see if it has any errors and check all your memory cards to see if they are in tight.
when you said you installed another HDD was that a NEW one? Get a cheap NEW one. Install a basic system on the drive and see how it goes.
