My laptop turn on but it off immediately. When it is on and close screen(like sleeping mode) the light is turned on.but open it and again off immediately.
Hi You may have to open the laptop and check that the battery is connected properly and that the charge port is also secure on the systemboard. Here’s a link to a video that shows how to open the laptop so that it can be inspected. If everything appears OK then unfortunately as Asus does not supply schematic diagrams for their devices to the public you may have to take the laptop to an authorized Asus laptop repair service and get a quote to repair the laptop.
