My laptop won’t charge and displays a steady white light and a blinking yellow light on the charging led. Whenever I take out the battery it still won’t turn on. I even tried replacing my charger although I don’t know if the one I replaced it with is compatible with it although there the same brand. I need help on fixing this cause it’s not even my laptop but my sisters laptop and I have not told her it isn’t working as yet.
@romainedwyer check your AC adapter with a multimeter to make sure that you have the right voltage. The brand is irrelevant for as long as the specs are the same. For this laptop you will need a 65Watt 18.5V 3.5A power adapter. Let us know what you have.
