My laptop is completely black and won’t respond, a few days before it happened , it took around 10minutes of pressing the on button for it to turn on, then the day after that it took around a full hour for it to turn on. And now it won’t turn on at all. It is fully charged and I have tried the SMC but nothing works.
Hi, remove the battery and power it on using the adapter, see if it switches on
