Good afternoon from the down under, If it is going to sleep and then turning on after 10-20 minutes, let’s run through a few things How often does this happen after you turn it on and start using itUnder what workload does this occur if it’s specific.Does the computer get hot and/or the fans ramp upIs it unresponsive in that sleep period from any of the controls/inputs (EG trackpad/keyboard or touchscreen)Have you done basic troubleshooting steps such as:Resetting the entire PCOpening it up to check the connectionsTightening down any screws that were looseIf all of the above have been completed and passed, is the laptop unusable on your lap (EG it gets really hot). I have a lenovo Ideapad 730S-13IML which had a dead battery, ran slower than my dual core macbook air and ran really hot. After replacing it it’s alot snappier and cooler.Has it had any underlying issues previously that were repaired All of these steps are good to use on any electronics device that you are trying to repair.
