my new steelseries arctis 3 headset stopped having sound in my left ear in the first hour of use?????? No audios comes out of it and none of the methods i have tried have worked yet i have tried using it on other devices eg, playstation and phone but it has the same issue.
It sounds like the headphone has a bad solder joint or a broken cable inside the ear piece.
i have the same issue but after tow years of use left ear started stutering the no sound for 40 or so seconds then sound for a second and then the same thing
The connection within the failing side might be faulty, perhaps SteelSeries has a temporary warranty or the company you bought it from does and you could have them replaced. If so you could give them a call and trade in the broken pair for a new one.
