I have a LG D 851 and I tried to upgrade my android version and I got a blue screen with the message; Factory reset status 2
Try putting it into recovery mode: Hold volume down, home and power. When you see the logo release the power button for a slight second, then continue to press and hold all 3. When the menu comes up, clear cache, factory reset, reboot.
