My mac will not go into recovery mode?? just gets stuck on apple logo. if you press any key you can here the feedback but stuck on the logo i have tried option boot from usb, i tried safemode, i tried recovery mode and pram reset and unplugging battery for 24 hours ? i have never seen a mac not able to boot from my usb with mac os on it
Your USB drive may not have the correct version os OS-X /MacOS your system needs. Are you able to get your system into Target Disk Mode by holding the T key? Do you have a second Mac which you can connect to your system, give that a try. Reformat the drive.
