I bought my macbook air in the month of march i m a college student i don’t know why but it’s been like 6 days the problem started at first my mac takes long time while charging the very next day as soon as I unplugged the charger it shuts down now I can’t even use my mac without charger it doesn’t even boot up without charger now i have tried smc reset, pram reset, software is latest i have tried other chargers also nothing seems to be working ANYONE PLEASE DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM becoz of this pandemic my local repair centres are shutdown…
The battery is not the one that came with the system originally. The original battery would have been dated Dec 2016 to some where in 2017. Did you know you bought a used system? Time to return it for warranty service from where you bought the system.
