My Macbook Is Not Charging Macbook Core Duo

I have this Macbook core duo. The last time it was working fine but just this week it is not charging and it has no LED lights turning on. So, I get the battery and connect the charger, it lights with a low orange light. I tried everything but nothing works. Please help me :(
