The video is not very clear, but I think I see your issue. The top and bottom edges have a problem with the first 1/4” to 3/4” If that is correct, we’ve seen this before. What you are seeing is over and under scan of the horizontal most people note the darker edges vs the strobing. Sadly, this is a display issue within the T-CON board. So far the cause is over heating of the system.
