My 2019 16" Macbook will not start up… I bought the Macbook Pro June 2020. Why would a new Macbook Pro not start? Apple help can’t figure it out either. Can someone help me figure this out!

I would return it to Apple, then maybe you could downgrade to the MacBook Pro early 2008. Those are much better computers, and can run the latest Mac OS with a patcher. Hope that helps,

Just called apple and they gave me keys to test out. Try this. Using left hand hold Control & Option Using right hand hold Shift in unison. Hold for 7 seconds While continuing to hold those down Hold the power button down for another 7 seconds And release after. You should see start up screen after a few seconds. Hope this helps someone!
