Turn off computer Turn on + hold down option key Select recovery boot Follow instructions to install OS X over old copy.
The real and only answer is replacing the bios EFI chip with a clean me region reprogrammed chip . If you are not a programmer then best bet is to find a company who offers EFI unlocks.
