My Macintosh 512ke won’t boot the boot disk I put inside of it. I ordered a boot disk which is the proper system version and type of floppy but ever time I put it into the drive, it immediately spits it back out. It doesn’t even try reading it. It boots game floppy disks just fine though. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
@zkiller99 since your disk drive reads other disks without problems it stands to reason that this is a problem with the disk. I would either try to return it or get another one to re-evaluate. If your concern is the system 1.1 get a 2.0 from the same seller.
