My Megaboom won’t turn off, it stopped half way through a song and now I can’t do anything with it. It have only had it since Christmas, I don’t use it that often, so frustrating. I have tried rebooting it by pressing on/off button and volume down button, nothing happens. I have connected it to my computer - nothing happens..what is going on??
I’ve had a similar problem with my UE boom 2. Found that if stop the music on phone, then turn UE boom off, then turn it back on and restart the music it will work just as normal. If that doesn’t work turn your Bluetooth off on your phone( or just restart it). That solved my problem
I had the same problem, I just waited for the battery to die then plugged it in and now it works perfectly fine
Me too mine cut out halfway through a song. I tried everything to fix it in the end had to wait for the battery to die then it just started normally.
