I have only one app downloaded it 76mbs. Nothing else downloaded but i don’t have enough MBS to install even one game All the apps that come with the phone are using up all the memory . I can’t figure out why because i don’t use most of the apps that come with the phone . I don’t know what to do .i admit I’m illiterate when it comes to cell phones can anyone help ? Oh i have a 16 gb SD card for nstalled
Good afternoon, I do not know whether you have a iPhone or an android phone but you can attempt to free up some space with the following suggestions. iPhone - Remove unwanted apps from the phone
- Upload all pictures and video to the iCloud or other cloud storage such as Dropbox Android - You can use the two suggestions above as well for android
- You can purchase a larger SD card and replace your old 16 GB SD card
