Chosen Solution
The SV series has a replaceable 18V battery. The LV800 series, 10.8V, apparently doesn’t. Both models are called Cordless PetPerfect. The vacuum has worked fine for months. I’ve kept the battery charged and the insides clean. Turned it on, got a solid white light, but no motor. Can I replace its battery?
