I have a Motorola G5 and when I found to plug my headphones I bought a new pair just to make sure. I have tried to adjust the thing that plugs in, it was working like that for a little bit the I can’t get sound on head phones any more. It’s the plug in at top of cell phone. Please help thanks
I believe that it might be a problem with the headphone jack or the connector on the motherboard. Get that looked at and that might fix your problem!
