The simplest options are1. Try a new sim card. Even though sim cards don’t normally fail it is possible. Most post paid accounts offer free sim card replacement. Prepaid may require you buy a sim kit. 2. Try resetting network settings on the phone. 3. Possibly hardware issue with the charge port or antenna.
